1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 3d77 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first access to the site or upon account registration, whichever occurs first. 3. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 3d77 platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 3d77 will never ask you to share your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately so that appropriate protective measures can be taken without delay. All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility until such time as 3d77 has been formally notified of a security breach and has taken remedial action.
4. User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a registered user of 3d77, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You must not use your account for any commercial purpose, money laundering, fraud, or any other activity that is illegal under Philippine law or the laws of your country of residence. You are expected to engage with the platform and other users in a respectful manner at all times.
You agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or operations of 3d77, including but not limited to spreading false information, circumventing security systems, exploiting software errors, or colluding with other players. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of bots, scripts, or any automated means is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination. You further agree to promptly update your account information whenever any of your personal details change, to ensure accurate records are maintained at all times.
5. Platform Usage Rules
The 3d77 platform, including all games, betting markets, live casino tables, and associated features, is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. All services are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and 3d77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability, and 3d77 will endeavour to communicate such interruptions where practicable.
Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the 3d77 platform, its games, or its underlying technology. Screen-scraping, data harvesting, and the use of third-party tools to interfere with platform functionality are expressly prohibited. 3d77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or service at any time without prior notice, though reasonable efforts will be made to inform users of material changes in advance. 6. Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 3d77 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name; using third-party payment sources is not permitted and may trigger an account review. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are detailed on our Deposit page. 3d77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time in accordance with regulatory requirements or internal risk assessments.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 3d77 may request supporting documentation before releasing funds, particularly for larger withdrawal amounts, as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment channel, and 3d77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial service providers. Any funds deposited for gaming purposes are not insured and do not attract interest. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or levies on winnings, as required under Philippine law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3d77 and its officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from game outcomes, system downtime, data loss, security breaches caused by user negligence, or reliance on platform content. Gaming involves risk, and users accept that outcomes are determined by chance and that losses are a foreseeable consequence of participation.
3d77 does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, and users are advised to ensure that their own devices and internet connections are adequately secured. Nothing in this limitation of liability section shall exclude or limit 3d77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
3d77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other conduct that 3d77 determines to be harmful to the platform or its users. In such cases, 3d77 may withhold funds pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to the user's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts that have been closed due to a breach of these terms are not eligible for reinstatement unless 3d77, at its sole discretion, determines that reinstatement is appropriate following a formal appeal process. Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for an extended period — may be subject to an inactivity policy, details of which are available through our support team.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 3d77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of 3d77 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 3d77.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and may be revoked by 3d77 at any time. Any unauthorised use of 3d77's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and could constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of 3d77 to enforce any right or provision of these terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 3d77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
